BORDOMAK Mountain Outfitters is veteran owned and operated by a highly experienced team of former operators and wildlife conservation personnel who are still into both bow and rifle hunting as a way of life. Our office is located in the southern city of Adana which gets many flights via Istanbul from all around the world.

ACCOMMODATION

Hunts are available on a customised basis as we strive to satisfy the needs of our clients in addition to making it as memorable as possible. We proudly announce that this is our business and we set a standard of excellence that will exceed your expectations. Accommodation varies depending on the hunt requested and our clients’ special requests will be taken into consideration provided that those are coordinated prior to hunts.

You will stay in 5 star hotels of Sheraton or Hilton for one night before and after the hunt. During your hunt, you will stay in the best place available in the vicinity of hunting area.

TRANSPORTATION

We have all the required vehicles including 4×4 trucks for your exclusive hunting trips. If requested, we can provide all types vehicles to your service upon coordination with us weeks in advance.

PHOTOS AND PRIVACY

We do not pictures of you unless you ask us to do so. We do not post your pictures in our website or somewhere else without getting approval from you directly. FLIGHTS TO ADANA

Our office is located in the southern city of Adana and newly built Çukurova International Airport gets many flights via Istanbul from all around the world. First and foremost, you need to know that airlines require that firearms and ammunition be checked thoroughly. Firearms should be securely cased and unloaded, with the ammunition in a separate container. You must advise the commercial airlines that you are travelling with firearms and ammunition. Since each airline has strict restrictions regarding rifles and ammunitions. Please check with the appropriate airline as to their particular regulations at least several weeks before your flight.That’s why we recommend you to fly with Turkish Airlines to reach here.

Any discount for military veterans?

Yes, all hunts mentioned in our website are at a discounted rate for military veterans. Contact us for pricing and info.

How about the zeroing and pre-hunting shooting practices in the hunting area?

There is a designated shooting area in the field in the vicinity of hunting area to do them all.

What’re expected from the hunter prior to hunting trip?

The Hunter is responsible for obtaining and maintaining the validity of all passports, visas, travel permits, health certificates, inoculations, and other documentation required for the trip.The Hunter is also responsible for obtaining and maintaining the validity of all necessary permits and licenses (other than those specifically provided by the Company) required by law to participate in the activities of the trip. Additionally we strongly recommend to have a travel insurance for this trip.

Hunters are requested to send the details of their hunting license, rifle serial number and its caliber and also their arrival and departure dates to us. Based on these information, Bordomak Mountain Outfitters will procure the hunting license. Gun rental is not allowed in Türkiye. That’s why the hunter must bring his/her rifle and not more than 50 (fifty) ammunitions for it (The hunter can bring in up to 3 rifles for hunting trip and 50 rounds for each rifle accordingly). For any bowhunter, please contact with us all bowhunting details.

What’re the criteria to get a foreign hunting license in Türkiye?

The hunter must be at least 18 years old and has the national hunting license which indicates that one has the right to hunt in the country of origin. The hunter must bring his/her rifle in addition to not more than 50 rounds for it. Any hunter can bring in up to 3 rifles for hunting trip and 50 rounds for each rifle accordingly. There is no specific shooting test prior to hunt.

However the hunter needs to be capable of using his rifle/bow and hunting equipment in a safe manner.

What’s the cancellation policy for hunt?

BORDOMAK Mountain Outfitters require a non-refundable 50% deposit to book a hunt. Hunt deposit is due at the time the contract is signed and the remaining 50% will be transfered to Bordomak Mountain Outfitters no later than 90 days prior to commencement of hunting trip..

If the Hunter cancels a reservation, the following terms apply: There is NO REFUND for any cancelled or NO Show hunts.

What’s the hunting method and shooting distance?

Spot and stalk is the only method allowed for both rifle and bow hunting (no baiting and blinds for hunting). Shooting distance for rifle is not more than 500 meters. For bowhunting, there is no specific distance to shoot at. However the hunter needs to be aware of his/her bowhunting skill-sets, since both wounding and loss of animal are considered to be the hunted.

What’s the trademark policy of Bordomak Mountain Outfitters?

The trademarks of Bordomak Mountain Outfitters will not be used without our written approval. Trademarks include Bordomak Mountain Outfitters name, logo, graphics and items of origin of Bordomak Mountain Outfitters.
